Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Bainbridge AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Bainbridge AI provides AI-powered software for collision repair and adjacent industries, including GuideCoat (estimate intelligence), Outreach Copilot (supplemental insurance agent outreach), and free tools (Labor Rate Calculator, DRP Profitability Analyzer). Specific features, pricing, and trial terms for each product are described on the product pages.
Subscriptions and Billing
GuideCoat is offered as a monthly subscription. New users may start a 7-day trial. To start the trial, a valid payment method is required on file, but no charge is made until day 8 unless the user cancels the trial before then. After day 7, the monthly subscription fee applies at the tier the user selected (Solo Shop, Production Shop, or Enterprise). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Users may cancel at any time via the in-product billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pricing on monthly plans may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. Annual plans, when offered, lock the rate for the 12-month term.
Refunds. The 7-day trial is the evaluation period for GuideCoat. Cancel anytime before day 8 and no charge is made. After the day-8 auto-bill, we do not issue refunds. You may cancel at any time via the in-product billing portal to prevent the next month's charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access through that date.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Pay subscription fees on time
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or republish the services
Intellectual Property
Bainbridge AI owns the software, models, citation libraries, brand assets, and all underlying intellectual property of GuideCoat, Outreach Copilot, and the free tools. Users own the estimates, reports, and other data they upload to or generate through the services. By uploading data, users grant Bainbridge AI a limited license to process that data in order to deliver the service to them.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bainbridge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its proper functioning.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
